Wordsworth Contemporary class

This Contemporary dance encourages dancers to be versatile in their expressions and to be able to portray a wide array of movement styles and emotions. It focuses on spacial and body awareness, use of body weight, floor work, technique, efficiency of muscle usage, musicality and safe body alignment.
